I graduated from Franklin Pierce Law Center (http://www.piercelaw.edu/) in 2004, with a Juris Doctor and a Master of Education Law.

I am a member of the NH Bar Association ( http://www.nhbar.org/), licensed to practice law in New Hampshire. I am a solo practitioner based in Manchester, in practice since May 2006.

I specialize in family law matters.
- I have been successful in a number of Abuse and Neglect cases keeping families intact;
- I have helped parents navigate changes in child support;
- I have helped parents change parental rights and responsibilities, in the children's best interest;
- I have reunited families;
- I have helped children get the education they deserve under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act; and
- I have had several ex parte motions granted changing the parental rights of the parties, keeping children safe.
Law is a second career for me. I was a cost accountant for 20 years before law school.
I am happily married and the father of three beautiful daughters.
I am a member of Wesley United Methodist Church ( http://www.concordwumc.org/) in Concord, where I have served as Church Treasurer and on the Finance Committee. I now serve on the Spiritual Formation Commission and as one of the middle school Sunday School teachers.
I have also served on the Board of HEAR in New Hampshire ( www.hearinnh.org), an auditory learning school in Hooksett, NH. |
